As the Director of Catering, Dakota channels her passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations to deliver unforgettable events and meetings for our valued clientele.

With 25 years of culinary experience in the Kalamazoo area, Chef Alex takes great pride in working at Delta hotel by Marriott. Through his leadership, he and his team have brought new life to our catering menus with innovative, high-quality offerings. General Manager, Conference Center
Dan Prichard is a certified chef with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Educated in culinary arts at Oakland Community College, he has a proven track record in banquet services across high-end hotels, event centers, and private golf courses. Dan is dedicated to bringing clients’ visions to life, providing hands-on support during events to ensure every detail meets expectations. His expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in creating memorable experiences.
Shevas Wells
Social Catering Sales Manager
Shevas, a proud U.S. Army Veteran from Lexington, KY, discovered her passion for hospitality while working alongside her father, a professional chef. With over 20 years of experience in banquet and catering, she has excelled in roles ranging from banquet server to General Manager of a Conference Center. Her expertise spans everything from intimate day meetings to grand, elegant weddings—ensuring every event is executed with precision and care. Outside of work, Shevas enjoys quality time with her family, spending summers fishing on the lake or exploring new hiking destinations.
